Terms of service

These terms govern bookings and purchases made with Turbo Tumble, operated by TURBO TUMBLE PTY LTD (registration 2025 / 826142 / 07).

Services and bookings

Bookings depend on available service areas and time slots. Customers must provide accurate contact, address and laundry information. Delivery is scheduled at least 48 hours after pickup. Actual completion may be affected by stains, fabrics, customer contact requirements or events beyond reasonable control.

Pricing and final weight

Prices shown at checkout are calculated from the selected service, quantity and delivery rules. A verified load above its booked allowance may create a final-price adjustment. No downward refund is issued where actual weight is below the selected allowance. Delivery may be held until an adjustment is paid, unless an administrator records a waiver.

Memberships

Memberships renew only when the customer explicitly pays for another month. There are no automatic recurring charges. Unused credits do not roll over unless the selected plan expressly says otherwise.

Customer property

Customers must identify delicate, damaged, colour-sensitive or special-care items. Turbo Tumble will exercise reasonable care but is not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, undisclosed special-care requirements, or items left in pockets to the extent permitted by law.

Payments and shop goods

PayFast processes payments. Shop stock is subject to availability. The confirmed checkout price applies to an order.

Law and support

South African law applies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act. Contact info@turbotumble.co.za with questions.
